The Embassy of Portugal in São Tomé and Príncipe informs that from August 9th, 2022, the Common Visa Center (CCV) in this city will be responsible for processing short-stay visas (Schengen), considering the beginning of functioning of this Centre.

Therefore, from this date (August 9th) onwards, applications for Schengen visas will not be submitted to the Consular Section of the Portuguese Embassy in São Tomé and Príncipe, which will continue to receive only long-stay visa applications (national visas), namely for medical treatment, family reunification, work and study, among others.

In this context, scheduling for the delivery of Schengen visa applications at the São Tomé and Príncipe Visa Centre will be available through the Visa portal at  https://pedidodevistos.mne.gov.pt/VistosOnline/ .

All interested parties must have in mind that visa applications will only be accepted with prior appointment on the aforementioned portal, without exception.

After confirming the online appointment, applicants must go on the day and time of the appointment to the CCV facilities, at the following address: Estrada do Pantufo, S. Gabriel, Edifício 25 G – A.
